      The pay and benefits costs are very good but the management feedback and support are terrible to non-at all.

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
