      Select hires great therapists so this helps with daily work life.

      Cons

      PRODUCTIVITY is ALL they care about! Awful PTO Regional Managers!!!!!! They don't care about their employees at all! They will work you to the bone.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
