      Pros

      Rehab staff is wonderful but worked to death and micromanaged.

      Cons

      Poor support from every level of management. No training. Figure it out on your own. No raises. No positive feedback. No support. No time off without 90 days notice. This isn't guaranteed. Have to find your own people to cover your time off requests. Profit driven care, not patient need driven care.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
