      Pros

      The company is very large and spans across several states. This is both good and bad

      Cons

      You are given no materials to complete your job. Learning and growth are discouraged. You will be told things will be reimbursed but then told no once they're purchased. The company pushes unethical activities such as treating part B patients repeatedly, sometimes as soon as a few days following a previous discharge, with no changes or concerns.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
