Will consistently dump PN and discharge documentation on Therapist based on 1 visit. Does not support consistency in treatment by keeping therapist with patients . Supports staff discord by not addressing issues appropriately. Allows favoritism to factor heavily in decision making. Demonstrates preferential treatment and provides no recourse for individuals who do not behave in best interest of team or patients.
