Pros
Non management staff for the most part are great people and care about their work. 12 hour shifts are a bonus
Cons
Management should be approachable and respect staff. It Seems like if you mention an issue, you become the problem. Also, wages are not based on performance that is observed, but seem to be random :(. ANYTHING to reduce costs is open game. Wages and benefits are subpar. Some Current mgmt. does NOT care about staff or patient ratios. They are not approachable and often use bullying tactics to get their way
