Eh.. - Store Manager Select Management Resources Employee Review

Overworked and underpaid. There is very little opportunity for growth with this company and you don't get any raises. One year, we did get a bonus, but that was only once or twice. Very little innovation and its easy to get caught up in the hamster wheel here.
