      Pros

      the only good thing about this place is coworkers they do the best they can do to help eachother.

      Cons

      the management is very poor, there is 2 managers that manipulate the bigger one into doing what they want. very stressful, the management does not help you ignores you when you need help and complain when u make a mistake, very poor communication skills. and no humanism what so ever the management does not care if you have kids, or have doctors appt, or if you are sick they only care about the company needs verybad.

      Pros

      SIG is one of the largest auto and commercial insurance agencies in central Florida. They have been a great company to work with. Managers are very understanding when it comes to the employees. Work places are clean and the environment is very friendly. I'll never leave my position.

      Cons

      Most of the clientele speaks Spanish so you should learn the language to work at this establishment. Not really a con because you get to learn a second language if you don't speak Spanish.
