Pros

Nice People They Request Feedback a Lot and Try to Implement It Beautiful Views from the Building Decent Pay

Cons

Like most companies, they dump everything on customer service and expect you to still handle it with no extra time. Everything is a complex web of information and answers to your questions change depending on who you talk to. It's hard to get help in the middle of a phone call. You're asked to keep calls short, but to make sure to hit a list of sometimes arbitrary requirements for quality assurance. The initial base pay they assured would be supplemented with bonuses based on meeting certain metrics but then once hired, kept changing the metrics to make them feel further and further away. I never felt like I had the support to take really good care of members. They want you to take care of them, but don't spend the time to do it, because you better do it faster. They do ask for feedback and they did implement some things, but other more frustrating changes would happen at the same time. It just ultimately didn't feel like the company was willing to be as supportive as the management staff wanted to be.
