      Pros

      Great company. Great Colleagues. Interesting work. Strong sense of purpose and joint mission. Commercially focused, but risk averse where appropriate. Willing to invest in the business and its people. Low staff turnover. Genuine interest in staff wellbeing and ESG.

      Nothing that I can think of. Great Place to work

      Leadership are really invested in improving the culture and overall business, open to new ideas, lots of investment in improvements
