Pros
There were a great group that worked there. And I firmly believe that my department was full of individuals that if placed in the right environment can do great things.
Cons
There is no vision for the company. The lack of vision is due to the lack of leadership. There are plenty of upper managers (too many in my opinion) but they aren't in agreement on the future of the company or how to get there. So all decisions are made on the go in a reactionary manner. Also, certain people are not held to the same accountability as the rest of the company, so be expected to be trampled on when you try to stick to guidelines when helping one of these people. Additionally, if you are a semi-attractive female, be ready to be hit on, or inappropriate comments made towards you by certain men in upper management as well as privileged top producing men within the company. Lastly, you aren't paid what you are worth. The CEO will do his best to get you as cheap as possible... but any promises made, get it in writing.
