      They have learned from past mistakes and they show it by instructing new recruits on how to safely operate, assemble, and disassemble equipment. Good consistent hours.

      Not much. The schedule changes up every week, some may not like that.

      *No slip seating *Can choose what time you want to start your day

      Cons

      Does not fix trucks. Many things are "past due" on the trucks... Write ups get ignored, the truck does not get repaired. They'll leave you without A/C. They play favorites & there is nepotism. The "boss" screams at you like an ignorant drunk rather than speak with you in a mature adult manner. There was a very good man in charge but unfortunately (for us) he left.. but you have to do what's best for you.
