Pros

-Minus the terrible leadership team, employees at Seldon are smart, hard-working, good people -There was some credibility to the name in the market and large organizations were adopters

Cons

-Please be aware Seldon has been somehow deleting negative reviews -I've never worked somewhere with more turnover. Leadership runs this company based on their emotional state that day and it shows. Many people last less than a week and HR refuses to acknowledge the one person responsible for all of it -Extremely toxic culture on the sales team. You can expect verbal abuse from your leadership and more micromanaging than you could have thought possible (think not being able to send your customers an email without it being proofread and IP tracking to make sure remote employees are working from their house, this is for everyone FYI, even the highest performers) -HR is extremely disappointing. They are there to protect toxic leadership despite every employee leaving due to the same person. -Stock package is fake, you will not get to keep any vested stock if you choose to leave the company even if in good standing

Pros

Technology is actually good, but it is open source. Very smart people on the engineering side

Cons

Seldon claims they have a tool to sell, but they do not, it is vaporware. Most of the toxic sales culture is no longer there, but the executives that allowed it to occur are still at the helm. I was told, "We love hiring people in the US, because it is much easier to fire them" I was there for 1.5 years only to see the same sales territory turnover 3 times... in 1.5 years...

Pros

Some of your co-workers are cool.

Cons

The company goes through employees at a rapid pace, people are either let go after a few months or leave on their own because management is incompetent and the company is directionless. If you want proof see how the headcount has been tracking on LinkedIn and see how many people are leaving
