Pros
The only pro in the 4 months I worked in the company was the colleagues I found and the friendships I´ll keep.
Cons
I joined this company with the promise of autonomy and trust in my work. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite. The environment is highly micromanaged, with constant control over tasks and priorities, leaving very little room for independent work or decision-making. Workloads are unrealistic for one person, with expectations that go far beyond reasonable capacity. The top managers require a certain level of work but in reality they only know how to boss the employees around. They contribute 0 for the teams efforts. Overtime is frequent and implicitly expected, yet not adequately acknowledged. This creates ongoing pressure and contributes to burnout. The overall culture feels toxic, driven by stress, lack of trust, and poor leadership practices. There is a clear gap between what is communicated during the hiring process and the actual day-to-day experience. Salaries are really bad also. They cover minimum wages with the Holiday and Christmas Allowances divided in 12 installments. For a company that is certified as a Great Place To Work... it definitely makes us think that this certification must be paid or that employees are pressured and treatened to reply the way the managers ask them to.
