      Monthly salary + paid-for benefits + easy to get to location + good reimbursement policy

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement. Constantly having A manager look over your shoulder, even if he/she isn’t your direct manager. God forbid you work 39 hours instead of 40 hours, they’ll ask you to use vacation time to make up the missing hour. But if you work more than 40 hours there’s no benefit to you.

      Love working at Seitel. Managers always have your back and want what is best for you. Managers never make you feel bad for mistakes and all coworkers will go out of their way to help you with anything.

      Career Advancement can be unclear.

      Everyone is very Kind and helpful. Engineers always willing to help when they can. Great learning environment, service a lot of companies which helps in gaining experience for all types of businesses.

      Cons

      Not a clear path to move up to Engineer.
