Pros
I've found Seismic Exchange, more specifically Seismic Ventures which is under their umbrella of companies, to be an excellent place to work. They let you grow at your own pace and almost everybody is willing to drop what their doing and help you if you have a question. Over time they try to give a little bit of every responsibility to everybody to allow all to gain experiences in different areas. The people are great and keep the atmosphere extremely friendly and open.
Cons
As in all walks of life, some people are harder to work with than others. That goes for fellow co-workers and bosses. Should not be a deterring reason though. There is tons of money in the industry and I believe they under-pay most the starting employees, even after a few years of employment.
