A very good place to work - Implementation Engineer Seismic Employee Review

Very focused culture that is tackling hard issues and making substantial progress

Have to get everyone to operate at the same pace - some are not there yet

Direct managers and teammates are wonderful to work with, but leadership and the ceo shift seems to have made everything unstable and messy.

Terrible place for growth opportunities, Seismic is more willing to hire new people at a higher rate than promote and show loyalty to long-term employees. There is constant change to internal processes often making work more difficult than it needs to be, high employee turnover. Everyone is unhappy with the company and the product, but the job market makes it difficult to leave.
