Pros
Good for graduate as this is a good chance to learn everything and as much as you can.
Cons
These are some of the downsides I've encountered while working at this company: I was rotated to replace someone on different projects while they were on leave. One of the projects went well, but since it wasn’t my main project, I can’t take credit for it. The other project didn’t go as well because of a tight timeframe, and I was assigned to use a tool I had never worked with before.
