You learn how far you’re willing to push yourself until you crack… But if I had to give one pro, then maybe the networking possibilities?
Cons
- Turnover Rate is around 9.8/10 (it’s rare that anyone last over a year) - compensation to hours ratio is highly skewed against you - you have to pay for your own parking (giving that you’re highly underpaid to start off with for a full time employee, the cost of parking is about 15% of your paycheck alone) - kids teaching kids - Navy Seal training sounds more desirable than going through whatever you have to put up with here - you make more working 2 weeks at Walmart or Target than you make her in a month
