Pros
Work is ok, not rocket science. Work life balance can be accomodated. People are friendly enough.
Cons
If you want to just cruise along or waiting to retire, this is for you. Not much career progression here. IT is outdated, but functional. Not much recognition for work performed above and beyond (in our team anyway). Medium to high turn over of people because of pay issues and other concerns. HR does not "really" engage with the people they are tasked to look after. Yes they have services, but nothing above and beyond that you feel you are looked after.
