Seez is such a good place where a sense of belongingness is widely encouraged to each team member and ownership is always being pushed to create this safe space not only for professional growth but most importantly for our personal lives. It lives up to its start-up fast-paced environment where people are being challenged daily to explore their ideas and that it's okay to experiment on those - as long as it's going to achieve and drive toward the company's goals and vision. Oh, and Seez has a workplace coach/psychologist who can help you process your emotions/thoughts whenever you need to seek out a professional help!
Cons
Burnout is a thing in startups because of the constant fast-paced days and weeks and months and the pressure of delivering always to the highest possible quality to our customers, just like in every other workplace. But Seez is making a continuous effort to combat this, and to say it's very challenging is an understatement.
