Pros
The team is very committed and is doing over hours all over the place to get things moving. Even in hard times the employees(!) and the mid-management stand together to get things done. There are really some great, committed, intelligent people in this company.
Cons
The company tries to hire smart people. Then the company tells those smart people what they should do. So, why do you hire smart people in the first place? Career opportunities are not the best. The company hires new people to put them into leading positions instead of making use of the vast knowledge and expertise they have within their rows. You don't get any chance to evolve and contribute never mind how hard you work. They just hire new managers and neglect the chance to build on expertise. A general problem of the company is that it does not trust its employees. Examples for this are that you have to apply for every single day of home desk days before. You have to file a sick note at the very first day... Also the comments of others about the lack in strategy are true. Even after the third reorg (in 1.5 years) it feels more like a cat trying to catch its own tail, and not succeeding.
