Pros

Good health benefits. Some seemingly nice co-workers.

Cons

I've seen some older negative reviews here and am shocked at how accurate they still are. I just finished working here for a year as a senior paid media account manager. It is definitely a bottomless pit they will suck your life and your time with no regard. There is no room for having a personal life, if your job isn't your entire life you will not make it here. Management will give you lip service of support only to throw you under the bus when they have failed to support you properly. Just like others said, the level of support you get from management is inconsistent, disorganized and everyone is trying to survive. Management will not protect your time despite them repeatedly saying they will. Many times I was given lip service of how you should push back on client requests only for a manager to turn around and promise the client tons of extra work that was going to fall on me. I got a performance raise and raving client reviews immediately before I was let go because I didn't meet their high level of standards. My manager didn't stand up for me at all when I was let go despite my efforts and great client reviews. This agency is extremely disorganized and has strict processes in place that will slow down your speed of execution substantially. Read the negative reviews, they are accurate to this day.

Pros

Seer is made for a very specific type of person: Smart, caring, organized, and collaborative. If you fit here, you REALLY fit. I will admit, the negative reviews had me a bit apprehensive, but I cannot emphasize this enough: You don’t know you’ll like or dislike something unless you give it a chance. And, you should give Seer a chance. You might just learn something incredible. Because of this, I’m over the moon I chose Seer. - exceptional benefits / pay / bonus structure connected to incentivized engagement - brilliant people who care and want to help - unlimited PTO that you’re encouraged to use - Office politics and all that other stuff is not tolerated; the company has some of the best culture I’ve been a part of in a long time - the work can be difficult, but only for short bursts, most of the time it is (75% of the month) straightforward work and innovation. One week will be hectic and then it’s smooth sailing. A very good balance. I used to be overworked every single day. Not here. Managers are here to support you. First company I’ve been at in over a decade where this is the case.

Cons

None at this time! I would say the first 90 days is a learning curve, then it gets exponentially easier. And, everyone answers your questions in the blink of an eye.
