Pros

Coffee Machines, Flexi hours (for some) Dog friendly office,

Cons

Terrible parking situation. Massive amount of internal politics to play if you want to progress anything forwards Average pay, Not market leaders despite massive growth High turnover of extremely talented people Sexism experienced regularly with the 'old boys club' in the C level and management. Terrible inclusion of women hires in the Dev team- yet the HR openly shout loud pro feminism messages to promote inclusion and diversity etc. Absolute hypocrites when it comes down to their usefulness within the teams who actually get stuff done/delivered. No clear way to progress in your career, Have been requesting some kind of career progression rubrik for 6+ years and have been promised that it's being worked on- but still no delivery. Think management/HR are ACTIVELY trying to not promote and advance people internally so that they can shed the 'angry' talent and get new hires who have no jaded experiences. Seen a lot of great women leave this company so have no recommendations for women to join- it's a toxic workplace for us and you'll be talked down to and encounter covert and overt sexism regularly.

Pros

Work/life balance, good people, everyone genuinely cares about what they do and motivates each other

Cons

The internal systems are terrible, so many different CRM's, marketing tools, lack of connection between systems really inhibits the ability to collaborate across the business

Pros

Great company, CEO and manager. Great work/life balance, does great things for the environment and the company cares about its people. Great family feel! Everyone helps each other.

Cons

Sales process is changing as the company is growing but it’s actually positive. Just a bit of growing pains is all
