      Bullies, insult your appearance, claim to be inclusive but only hire a certain type of person. Extremely stuck up, corrupt hierarchy. I have no idea how they managed to get on the Sunday Times Best Places to work. There is nobody to complain to, HR say everything is a ‘you problem’ so multiple people end up leaving due to poor mental health. I do not advise you work here.

      Pros

      - flexible, fair working environment; encourages work-life balance - free products ;) - encourages asking questions and learning; fosters environment of curiosity, education, and development - great place to get a "foot-in-the-door" so to speak/great place to begin career

      Cons

      - low pay (but arguably average for an internship) - some days felt like a lot of the same; would have liked to have worked across more aspects of PR as opposed to just tracking/clipping and mailers - does not guarantee full-time position after internship completion
