Only given 7 off days that DO NOT roll over or regenerate year after year, so once you use your days off you have to earn them back with hours worked. Barely any calendar days off during the year other than Christmas. Bosses are frazzled and too busy to understand the time involved in other areas of the business, so they're often demanding and unreasonable.
