Pros

If you can't find anything else, well, at least it's a job?

Cons

The pay is so low. Considering they only hire people who have several years of experience caring for children, as well as CPR and 1st Aid certification, they should start out at $11-12, and even that is really low. There is an option for parents to add "gratuity" to your pay card, but they don't tip very well either. I'm sure they're spending enough paying for SeekingSitters to sit there and text or email nannies with job requests. I mean, why wouldn't you just work as a private sitter? The lowest the people who work here should be accepting is $13 an hour for one child. You can make about $11 an hour for watching three children, depending on how generous the parents are. The base pay needs to start at $13.
