      Pros

      Engineering is full of extremely smart and friendly people. Good pay and benefits. New CEO is extremely open and candid about the company, and is very involved in the product and vision.

      Awesome product, constant innovation, good culture

      Missing a sense of direction, leadership is unsure of what direction to move the product line to launch this "startup" to the next level

      Pros

      Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
