      excellent culture that isn't toxic, lots of diversity, collaborative, compensation is up to industry standards with room for improvement

      Missing a sense of direction, leadership is unsure of what direction to move the product line to launch this "startup" to the next level

      Pros

      Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
