      Remote work, flexible hours, helpful colleagues, encouraged to develop own interests and strengths

      Not any cons I can think of for a remote internship, apart from that it would’ve been better if I was able to visit (COVID)

      Cost of living in Shenzhen is low, so the pay reflects that
