Fun environment. Learned a lot. My colleagues were the best. The managers advocated transparency and treated you as an equal.

Cons

Cheap, petty employer, not paying for overhours, over-using employees, no career opportunities whatsoever, no social activities, no benefits, zig-zaging management, lousy office infrastructure, no stability, non-professional management decisions.
