Pros

The Culinary Experience: During my time there, the on-site chef was a massive highlight. The food was excellent, but more importantly, it served as a catalyst for team bonding. Talented Peers: There was a lot of potential in the product and the people on the ground.

Cons

Management Style: The environment felt very "low-tech" in its approach to people. My direct manager treated the team like soldiers rather than professionals. It was a rigid, micromanaged atmosphere that stifled creativity. Leadership Oversight: The owners (two brothers) were fully aware of the toxic management style within the teams but chose not to intervene. This lack of accountability suggested that the poor leadership started at the very top. Culture: Overall, not a positive experience. The vibe was far from the collaborative, forward-thinking environment you would expect from a growing company.

Cons

Cheap, petty employer, not paying for overhours, over-using employees, no career opportunities whatsoever, no social activities, no benefits, zig-zaging management, lousy office infrastructure, no stability, non-professional management decisions.
