Pros
- Supportive and friendly environment - I had experience working in PR before joining See Media but no housing sector knowledge. The team were really helpful in setting up sessions to go through some of the areas like finance and governance that I was unfamiliar with. - We have a team call every morning which is used to catch up, discuss clients and training - which is always a good and reinvigorating way to start the day (at least for me) - Good progression opportunities
Cons
Not so much a con for our dynamic but the team are based all over the country so we don't see each other in-person a lot, but we do meet up at the Leeds/Brum offices whenever we can.
