Occasionally the residents are nice.

Company is run by a mean girls clique that enables and encourages narcissistic abuse, including HR. While working here I was frequently yelled at, gaslit, condescended to, manipulated, retaliated against, and harassed by leadership. I was repeatedly written up for minor mistakes while being told they were "just trying to help me" or fully discriminated against due to my disability. This was the most difficult experience I've ever been through and am still processing the trauma from leadership's abuse. Do not work here if you are neurodivergent, as they will discriminate against you while proudly saying they aren't.
