3yThank you for taking the time to share these comments. Like many companies, Sedera has experienced challenges moving from the early start-up stage into the scaling-up stage of growth. Constructive feedback allows us to assess what Sedera is doing correctly and where there is still room for improvement. In response to such feedback, we have begun Monthly Team Business Reviews, in which members of senior leadership present updates on company goals and financial projections. We are assessing compensation across the organization, and strategically hiring to ensure the future sustained success of the business.
