      - Very limited career growth; management rarely changes. - Old-fashioned leadership style resistant to new ideas. - HR functions purely as an administrative department, operating with an outdated, top-down mentality — interactions often feel more like teachers and students than colleagues in a modern organization. - No clear rules, policies, or modern workplace standards. - No KPIs or transparent performance system. - Company works in silos; each manager controls their own territory. - Difficult culture, not open to diversity or different opinions.

      Pros

      1) monday to friday work 2) paid vacations and sick days 3) direct deposit as method of payment

      Cons

      the warehouse has no a/c and gets extremely hot, can be forced to work on Saturdays if requested by Management, get no vacation rights until your probation time is through (in 9 months exactly), management has no idea of the insults, fights and male chauvinism that happens every day inside the warehouse on working hours.

We, SEDCO (Systems and Electronics Development company), are a global leader in providing digital branch transformation solutions, our headquarter is in UAE -Dubai, and our working days are from Sunday to Thursday not as you mentioned from Monday to Friday, for the probation period, it ends after 3 months only in all branches not 9 months as you mentioned.
