Vision to stay ahead of the curve in the industry, giving us a competitive advantage from a quality product and sales process stand point alone. Leadership and support from executive team that far surpasses the mentorship I ever received in school, let alone corporate America, allowing me to grow and fail through the infancy of my career in order to reach levels of success only dreamed of. The executive team has spiritual grit, balance, and integrity. I couldn't be more grateful to have the honor and opportunity to work with this company as we make history!
Cons
The biggest challenge is staying accountable to your work schedule and activity. There must also be a daily devotion to spiritual/personal growth to develop your mental grit to endure the physical/mental draining from traveling and sometimes acting as a therapist for clients. All of which aren't really cons, actually strengths to help you achieve a more full life on a personal level.
