Pros

The Training is very good with a simple but effective sales presentation. They offer leads ranging from $25.00 to $1.00 which makes it easy for someone new to write business. I have been working the $1.00 leads and have had fantastic results. I work Mon-Wed and follow their system. Sure there are days where I get nothing but I have not gone one week where I have had less than 3 sales. Other then the $25 leads all the other leads have been dropped to $5.00 or less. Great for new agents that don't know how to sell because everyone uses the same presentation. They pay commissions within two to three days.

Cons

The con's are it's commission only and you have to work hard. There are times you have to travel a couple of hours to go where the leads are.

Pros

I have over 6 years experience in this industry. I have been with other IMO's. There is no comparison. The Executive Team is constantly improving this system. If you can get excited about no income limitations, 3-4 day work weeks, unlimited access to qualified leads, and unparalleled training and support, this company could be the right fit. I have watched individuals with no prior sales experience simply follow the leader and find incredible opportunity! There is no room for ego. From the top to the newest team member, humility and servant mindset are what sets this company apart. If you want to partner with men and women of high moral character and integrity, you are welcome here! We get the opportunity daily to serve an underserved market with kindness and genuine concern. You make great money and sleep well at night!

Cons

The biggest risk is your own ability to manage your work ethic. You must be committed to the system laid out. You have to be open and transparent with your client and genuinely care about them. If you're looking to make a quick buck without earning it, there are other opportunities.
