We got no training what so ever, just some very high level overview of security given by the CEO who supposedly is a CIO in some other company. She seems unaware of even the basics of IT let alone cyber security. None of the management seems to have a plan, even the goals seem to change every so often. We get moved from task to task without having time to finish anything. The general manager is a very dim individual, he doesn't seem to comprehend many things even when they are layed out clearly by other employees. The software solution used by the company isn't up to any standard. It seems to have the same issue every other week. There is little to no experience to gain there.
