One of the biggest frustrations has been the company's failure to deliver on promises about making my role permanent and offering salary increases. These promises have been repeated multiple times, yet no concrete actions have followed. This creates a sense of instability and affects morale. Management often provides vague or inconsistent information regarding career progression and salary reviews. There’s a disconnect between what is promised and what is actually delivered.
