JOB NOT FOR ME - Anonymous employee Security Finance Employee Review

Fair pay, good hours, great branch manager and territory supervisor.

Due to an injury I was unable to work for several months. I exhausted all personal leave and after a period of time was informed they could no longer hold my job.

Remote. Full health insurance coverage. Decent salary.

Very bad management and unethical at times. Corrupt. HR processes to fix things are outdated and have no option for privacy. Retaliation occurs even of company policy manual say no. Managers have no training in being managers.
