      Pros

      Great U.S. made products. When I started and for many years, I couldn’t think of a better place to work, but like many others have mentioned, it is now a toxic environment.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t trust anybody, nor can they be trusted. CEO is a control freak and micromanager, and cheap unless he’s doing the spending. Never gives raises, not even cost of living increases Even after securing the largest project in Company history by far, and not receiving any commission because I worked straight salary, refused to give me a raise even though not having one for over 5 years.

      First and foremost, the environment and fellow colleagues I have the pleasure of working with has not only helped my professional knowledge over the years, it has had a huge impact on my character traits and the way I am able to see things from others perspectives. Having empathy in any industry is truly key for me. I was taught many things work & non-work related that has proven to be absolutely invaluable for myself and others over the past years of working for this company.
