I recently had the opportunity to engage with SBC while exploring financial options, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The staff at the sales department were courteous and accommodating, providing prompt assistance throughout the process. I appreciated the efficiency with which my inquiries were handled, and the transparency in explaining the various products and services offered by the bank.
Cons
However, there are areas where SBC could enhance its services. Firstly, while the staff were polite, I found the level of product knowledge to be somewhat lacking. It would be beneficial for the sales team to undergo more comprehensive training to better assist customers in making informed decisions.
