      Pros

      Good pay when you actually had work in your area. Ability to travel for a paycheck, if that's for you. Flexible schedule. Helpful team members. Good communication between different departments. Positive vibe during training.

      Cons

      4 field managers in very short time. Was very sales driven position. Only way to have steady work was to travel to different markets. Training was a joke. Could not even install system at end of training, but I sure could sell you something. Had to email payroll almost every week about missing or wrong pay.

      Pros

      Security Alarm Now is within the top 1% of dealers for ADT and growing. The company has a strong growth forecast which continually needs adjustment because the forecast is constantly being shattered by record breaking weeks and months. There is an extremely strong team of committed individuals who refuse to except failure. Everyone here from the sales advisers, field technicians, field managers, trainers, and further levels of management are all very engaged in improving the business and work diligently at finding creative and sound plans to exceed key metrics.

      Cons

      It may sound unfair but at the time this review is being created there really aren't any. Unless you consider that tremendous growth brings a fair share of "growing pains" but to me, that is a good problem to have.
