      The benefit package is great. Health Insurance. 401k. PTO time; Short & Long Term Disability Insurance. Other group insurance is available. Probably others I’ve not used

      Cons

      If you want a raise you almost have to beg for it; there is no schedule for pay raises or cost of living increases

      Pros

      Work life balance is a huge thing here and I love the management team.

      Cons

      Training can be a little different but they do their best to make sure you have everything you need to find the answer.

      The owners truly care about their employees as people.

      Some micromanagement, feels like departments aren't on the same page, some lack of training and communication.
