      Pros

      Good collogues and seniors. Not all, but many are very very kind, respectful and funny. Take care of the juniors very well. Salary on time. Cafe in the building is very good, many food choices, but quite pricy (KL standard + no need to travel for lunch & breakfast) Very nice building, have coffee and pastries shop. LOVELY!

      Cons

      Quite basic. Some people are so toxic. They judge you without even knowing you. Gossip spreads like lightning! The HR was not so good. I think this company will be better if they change the HR. Old style management. New ideas not very accepted.

      Pros

      Direct connection with the regulator, exposure to a wide range of connection within and beyond capital market, respected by industry peers, great perks, free parking

      Cons

      Too 'regulatory' despite actually being a CLBG, management not setting the right example, obvious favouritism, too many long-tenured staff that are no longer effective/efficient, too rigid, not agile enough to transition to a more 'commercial' entity
