Pros
Decent pay, nice people to work with, there's always something that you can work on, and you get to decide the places to work at when they are offered to you. Management is great though!
Cons
I was hired to be full time, but am not close to receiving it. Also, communication is difficult at times. I have a daughter, child support that went up due to me getting this job and soon to be rent that I will need to pay when I get my own place. When I brought that up, I was told by my scheduling manager that he could try his best to get me more hours than the 30-50hr range I was getting per pay period. There were weeks when I would only get 2 days of work in. I signed the contract for FULL TIME, not PART TIME. Now because of this, the benefits that I was told I would receive for working this "full time" job is not being given to me.
