1. Pay is handsome if and only if you are from a deemed university. 2. Culture is normal/expected from a startup.

1. The vision of the company is just awful, NO R&D, just want to keep the product the way it is. 2. The growth of the company, in a loss actually also inevitable. ' 3. It's more of a family business and no PROFESSIONALISM at all.
