Local firm management is amazing and cares a lot about advisor development. First year stipend is generous,
Cons
After the first two years, payouts are ridiculously low. Company only cares about the senior (old) advisors and their firms. Back office /customer service is extremely bad/slow. No one, including senior administration returns phone calls and emails.
