Pay is reasonable for junior staff.
Cons
Large turnover in executive and experienced staff in key areas such as actuarial, claims, operations, etc ... loss of expertise and institutional knowledge. Disjointed communication on Company direction as a whole (management in some areas far more transparent and engaged compared to other departments).
